I’ve been to your spa before and had a fantastic massage. At first the therapist used too much pressure then too little pressure. She spent a lot of time on my back area but I didn’t feel like my problem areas were helped. Foot massage was lame. Usually when I lay on my back my neck, shoulders and scalp get massages. That didn’t happen. Overall it was not a satisfying massage. I will not have a massage with that therapist again. Especially for the price you charge.

While I was pleased with the overall experience, I wasn't blown away. I've been to spas in the US and other countries where I came out of there like, "Wow, that was AMAZING!". I'll give it another couple of months before I decide on whether to continue my membership or not.

The only issue i have is the Robe that look dirty it has hole all over it the digny slipper and dirty look robe i thought it was only north brunswick as that problem with the dirty washout hole digny robe but when i got there to do my facial and i saw what i have to put on i was really pist the owner are the management need to put better robe slippers for the customers i have monthly payment and am pay to be comfortable not in some dingy dirty looking robe for a facial its a spaw mangamenr has to better i have another session if i dont see new robe and slippers am going to BBB to had a Review management do better are your going to loose customers and who want that in a time like this

With my therapist I am highly satisfied but other things was ok like the room and the entrance.

The massage I had this time was good but not as good as my regular masseuse. I do wish my regular masseuse had more days available that worked with my schedule. I think hand and stone is great as a franchise but the experience is different from an actual spa.

The schedule is limited during the week to day time appointments. Previously, there were many evening appointments. Weekends are always completely booked far in advance

As a new customer to this location. I felt ignored until the receptionist was ready to attend to me. The store was only opened at my appointment time.
