Hand and Stone is a satisfying experience for basic relaxing. When I need deep work on painful areas I go elsewhere. A previous therapist I used was good with the amount of pressure I needed but she doesn't appear to be on the schedule anymore. The massage I did receive was good and I'll continue with the therapist I tried this last visit.

The music was a little loud & not the best soothing music. The person who conducted my massage was very good & friendly, but he didn't offer me any water when massage was over. Overall is was a good experience.

I asked for a facial and massage, even confirmed a gift certificate for both. When I got to the spa I was only in for a facial. It was my birthday and I took the day off to spend the time at the spa. I was highly disappointed that the receptionist didn’t pay attention to my request.

My esthetician is great. The experience is always nice and the facility is always clean. I just don't like that the prices went up ,but that isn't the esthetician's fault.

Waiting area is very nice and clean and the staff were awesome.definitely recommend.

My therapist was wonderful, just talked a little bit too much.

There seem to have been a mixup with the Sessions and I was charge for two sessions but I was a member and shoukd not have been charged

Too many confirmation requests. Too many forms each visit. Too much time to check in. Too much time to check out. Relationship feels more legal than personal.

I think the girl must have been new who was on the phone when I tried to make my appointment. She kept trying to make me an appointment at time I kept telling her I couldn't make. Also she kept forgetting my Estheticians name. I was able to get an appointment in it just took time. NO major issue wit it.
