The massage was amazing. My card was charged twice and I hope it gets resolved. Once that is resolved I will think about coming back.

I requested that my masseuse apply less pressure. She acknowledged my request but did not change the amount of pressure she applied. I requested again. Still little to no difference. It made the massage uncomfortable.

Booking was a bit difficult. The receptionist was not knowledgeable of the process when someone gifts them with a package. She believed that the person gifting the package needed to call day of the massage to transfer the package.

My bones are sensitive due to Osteopenia. I told the therapist to avoid bones & only massage the muscles, but she kept hitting the bones. Around my shoulder blades, specifically. It was uncomfortable.

I have been coming here since 2012? Have been through lots of esthetician’s and massage therapists and have also experienced when this spa had a great management team. Since Melissa left the spa has been very unwelcoming. Front desk doesn’t greet you by name, they don’t offer you water or if you need anything. It’s “did you fill your covid form” with no hey how are you. This place was a place for me to relieve anxiety but it really doesn’t do that so much anymore. I went to on the side spa in Westfield and while they don’t have a membership and it’s more costly, it was a way better experience so I plan to take my money elsewhere.

The massage was fine but I asked specifically to focus on neck/shoulders and that was the area focused on the least.

I had a gird card for $100 was not told the amount when I checked out and when I saw email receipt it was for $89 what happened to the $10 I never got card back with balance

There was only one receptionist at check out and the customer on line had an issue that required fifteen minutes to address before I could check out.

The receptionist was not attentive or friendly. Did not receive a warm welcome.
