Hand and Stone

I got lost trying to find your location. I called as o was going to be a few minutes late. No one picked up the phone intact I kept it ri going as I walked in and both receptionists were on there cell phones— not looking up until I showed them that it was still ringing. One receptionist apologized the other stayed in her cell phone.

Disappointment was only done because I’ve had so many issues in the past with booking appointments and with hand and stone keeping the appointments too many cancellations summer short notice some with no notice so this was only done to appease me I’m still not satisfied with hand and stone

hi really enjoyed my experience. I would have liked more attention paid to the areas I specified, even if it means less time on other partd.

The receptionists were very kind and I appreciated them. The masseuse was also very kind, unfortunately though the massage pressure was not what I expected. It was very light and I wasn’t asked if it was okay. I didn’t feel as if knots were taken out of my problem areas nor did I feel that there was enough focus on my problem areas (particularly my lower back)... it’s possible that fuel pressure is not her style which is understandable and I don’t fault her. If I didn’t mind light/medium pressure it would have been a good massage but unfortunately because I asked for firm and had to keep asking throughout it was less than expected.

The massage therapist put a napkin on face fir entire time, rather than asking to wear a mask. The massage therapist only worked on back of arms (triceps) but did not get to front portion of the arm. Also the floor was dusty and looked like it wasn’t vacuumed.

The service was as I expected under the circumstances. The service was good. There was nothing out of the ordinary, exceptional or above and beyond the satisfactory experience.

The person that did my facial was a professional but was unable to treat my dry patches, even after facial I saw the dry scaly problematic area. Usually after a facial in other institutes I don’t see the dry patches and I look and feel shiny. But not here. Even though she did everything to fix my problem, I didn’t get that refreshed feeling at the end that I usually get. Must be the products.

The room seemed to need maintenance. The rack for the clothes which I normally use was broken. Also, some massage therapist make the room more inviting and relaxing. This room had no calming or relaxing ambience. I know this isn’t the norm with Hand and Stone, but I was a little disappointing, even though the massage was great.

Floors in massage room were dirty. Needed vacuuming & stains everywhere. Gross. Additionally, there is no mirror in the room. Why not?!

Therapist did not ask what type of pressure I prefer. Pressure was a little too heavy for me. Not able to relax until last 5-10 minutes
