The room had a very stale stench to it. The linens did not feel like it was great quality. The part of the massage table that you stick your face through the hole, I’m not confident that was clean. The linen there smelled. Also, when I had to lay face up... an itchy hand towel was placed over my face. This hand towel did not have a fresh scent.

Massage therapist was satisfactory. Kept light on. No massage on the neck area

My chief complaint was pain in my lower back and right glut area. Masseuse worked on my shoulder more than the aforementioned areas.

Facial was great. The massage was less than satisfactory. I would most likely go to a different location.

I've been to different locations and the rooms are phenomenal, this location the carpet didn't appear as clean in comparison to others, the room had an odor as if something had burned. The temperature wasn't as warm as I'm accustomed to when I've had previous Hand and Stone massages and lotion used was kind of watery. The bin for my belongings was very sticky. The maususse was phenomenal, high energy, welcoming, vibrant...great massage.

It is to early to tell the results at the time I’m doing this

the masseuse is friendly but need to have more knowledge about correct pressure points, i think it supposed not using elbow along spine or any bones as it caused tenderness on areas after msg. I like deep pressure but more to Muscle “knot” areas. Oil needs to use generously if msg using rubbing methods to avoid feeling burning.

My massage person was very friendly and pleasant. However, I was told that there was an additional costs for a deep tissue massage which cost $10. This was a silly cost to apply when you were there for a massage. Perhaps, find another way to get an extra $10 out of the consumer. You a "Nickel and Diming" the customer. Not Good! Otherwise, my experience was positive.

I understand not doing cups of water anymore after a service but a bottle of water would be greatly appreciated. Also, I hate the smell of the massage oil, and it’s frustrating to have to pay to have a little drop of a fragrance added in. If that could be offered for free it would really enhance the experience.
