Because of covid, customers have to call and let the receptionist know we're outside; when I called i was put on hold twice without any acknowledgment and I had to call back over 5 time after before speaking with someone who even seemed annoyed when they picked up the phone. The question I had pertained to my appointment, very unprofessional.

Although the location seemed cleaned to the naked eye and there weren’t many people in attendance during my visit , my massage therapist placed a towel over my face as opposed to allowing me to put my mask on when I was face up during my massage. I did not mind this while she was massage the lower half of my body , but an issue did arise as she began working on my upper extremities. This caused my nose and mouth to be open throughout the massage. By the time I asked if I can get my mask the massage was over. I would highly suggest that all therapist request that all clients place their masks back on when face up

My massage therapist told me I was late for my appt but it was she who was mistaken. The receptionist offered me an upgrade to my facial as an apology. I was satisfied with this but would have also appreciated a refund rather than an extra service.

My experience was mostly highly satisfied. The only discrepency being my therapist told me she was going to put biofreeze on my back, instead of asking me if I wanted it. She was great, though!

The receptionist was excellent, friendly, and courteous. I shared an injury I received. The therapist did well not to touch the area. But when I left he insinuated I had caused the accident which was the exact opposite. It was rude and I took offense because it seemed he didn't believe me. It made me feel like I don't want to return to him.
