I was charged 6 extra cents for my service after you have been collecting my member ship for 4 months during shut down. Email promises were made but no follow up. Seems that I am being charged more for services now than before COVID.

Currently there is only one MT that does prenatal massages. She advised she likes doing them because “I don’t have to do much.” Which is exactly what i felt like i received, not much of a massage. At 5 1/2 months pregnant with several knots in my back i felt like I paid $10 extra for a prenatal that didn’t seem as purposeful as I would have hoped.

Questioned why I had $177 charge a month ago; told it was for months during COVID- not thrilled I was charged when couldn’t get a massage anyway. Did offer to freeze for 3 months tho

I have been a member at this location for 6+ years. When Melissa was a manager she made a chain spa experience feel like top of the line . I was always greeted by name by all the front desk staff and was treated at upmost importance. Melissa fell into a better job opportunity and left and they just weren’t able to fill her shoes .
