Hand and Stone

The massage therapist that I have gone to for years left this facility - trying to find someone of the same quality will take some time I guess. The new therapist I had was very nice , I just expected to have a massage like my old therapist gave and it wasn’t quite that .

Good experience, surprisingly the facial irritated my skin- not sure why. Will monitor skin before next appointment.

The massage started 15 minutes late. I believe I left only 5 minutes after the appointment was suppose to end. I don’t believe she made up the full 15 minutes

Throughout my membership I’ve gotten to like a few massage therapists, and then when I call to schedule with them after about 2-3 times with them I’ve been told they no longer work at that office. Not sure the situation that has led to this but it has happened at least twice, and makes it difficult for me to want to come back when every time I find someone I like working with they leave or are asked to leave.

Lately it has been hard to book appointments due to the lack of having numerous massage therapists available. For example, Friday late afternoon works best for me and for the next few weeks on Friday afternoons only a male massage therapist is available. I am not comfortable with that. I was told the female therapist leaves at 2 pm on Fridays.

I’m satisfied with the service that I received at Hand & Stone. I’m very big on customer service, quality and Cleanliness and Hand & Stone definitely met my overall expectations. Very pleased and look forward to returning soon time soon.

Milla is the best. I always would highly recommend her and her services. The receptionist I had spoke very very fast and seemed like she was in a rush. I could not understand half the things she said. I just would answer ok .

Kayla the receptionist was amazing and so nice. Aaron was also great with my facial. the only issue is had was that as kayla explained the membership policies to me and she cam from a different store so she was not properly trained on that and while kayla was speaking with me the other receptionist i think she is the front desk manager, she came over and just interrupted kayla which is thought was very rude and finished the membership sign up. I felt that she was rude and arrogant.

Overall experience was good but I would really enjoy express exit. The reception tends to stay active and I had to wait a few minutes to complete processing and exit. An express option for members would be great.

I don’t really have anything specific to comment on. It wasn’t terrible. But I don’t think it was incredible either. It was a good massage.
