Therapist presssure was perfect for me. Type of massage that I requested adhered to. Therapist silence during massage which is my preference. Also therapist remembers my order of massage preference after one request.

Kenya was a great and personable Esthetician! ..I was very relaxed by the end of our session and wished it was longer! :) ..She made a recommendation for my daily facial routine..which..although it was QUITE expensive (almost the price of the Facial itself! :( - frown face)..I ended up purchasing as a birthday treat to myself. Your Receptionist, Shamea (oops on spelling), is a Wonderful representation for Hand & Stone..and quite the Saleswoman as she "sold" me on signing up for the monthly package! ;-)

It’s a very nice quiet atmosphere. The staff there is very nice.

The appointment was easy to make. My massage therapist gave a relaxing massage. I enjoyed trying a mini hot stone add on.

Esthetician was knowledgeable and sweet. Receptionist was very nice and polite
