i was satisfied with the overall experience, i wish i booked the massage for longer though because i was more tense than i thought. There was a little mishap but the manager handled it and i truly appreciated it. Great customer service!

I told the therapist that my shoulders and upper body were what I needed the most focus on, but that I wanted a full body experience. She did spend a lot of time on my shoulders, but that was about it. I asked her not to really touch my neck too much and she did it anyway. I felt the rest of my body was neglected and I felt tight when I woke up the next morning. Usually I feel better after

It would be helpful if there were bio's on each different therapist regarding their specialties and massage techniques to be able to narrow down which therapist you would like to schedule an appointment with. Right now it is just hit or miss if you will have a good massage or not.

I went in for a Intro Classic Facial and while I was in the facial room, my esthetician informed me that the classic facial will most likely not help my needs so she recommended the sensitive facial instead. But she failed to mention that the sensitive facial costs more, so I ended up having to pay more even though I wasn’t informed properly. The website also lists sensitive facial as it’s own facial. And with everything done in the facial room, it did not feel like a classic facial and sensitive facial both were done. She didn’t use steam (like she mentioned she would earlier to make it easier), or masks which I’m sure is part of any typical facial. I was super upset with that. I just didn’t feel like I got what I paid for.

I haven’t been able to actually use the app to book an appointment, it would make things easier due to my busy schedule to use the app as I’m not always able to call and book.

I was satisfied with most questions and highly satisfied with the rest, I think the technicians could tell you what they find that may help you in your stress areas or where they they could feel the most stress in your body. Otherwise it was very enjoyable.

I scheduled my massage to see a male massues. I got 2 phone calls asking me to change the time of my appointment. Unfortunately I couldn't change it cause I had a friend join in me to try this location and she was driving 45 minutes. While waiting in the reception area a male massues by the name of Frankie left cause his day was over. I was surprised cause the massues who I was supposed to be with had the same name. A few minutes later a female massues came to get me for my massage. She was amazing and I was happy at the end about her services but was unhappy about the change. If they had the time to bother me twice to change my appointment why they didn't have time to call me about the change. I told the receptionist who said "I'm sorry" and proceed to charge my friend and I. My friend had a different experience. Her massues was rude and made her feel very blessed uncomfortable. She was barking orders at my friend to the point she couldn't relax and the pressure she asked for was not use during her massage.

I love Mila and Hilda they are both wonderful.
