Quality of service is good but I hate being constantly sold products or services other than what I booked - feels like just trying to get more money from me - I come for relaxation, not to have 10 minutes plus telling me what else I need to purchase.

In order to get myself and my sisters massage around the same time I had to leave my neighborhood North Brunswick, NJ and travel to PiscatawayNJ. My sister had her hands and feet done during her massage, I only had body done.

The therapist is not my first choice as I have had him before but mixed his name with another male therapist at the time of booking when he was chosen for me. It’s personal preference and nothing he does wrong but I found my self not fully relaxed due to the rumbling sounds of his stomach. I know this can’t be controlled and he is not to blame but with my head right there the noise was distracting as I am easily sensitive to noise when trying to relax. I also was not comfortable with the sense of arm hair on me as I was being massaged. Again this is just out of my own sensitivities. And as I have had him before and had the same issue I should have recalled this and not booked with him again. I still did get some relief from the massage but I do not think I would choose the same therapist again. My facial with Milla however was divine and there did not seem to be a any questions in the survey in her regards. I was highly satisfied in every way and always am with her services.

The only reason is they were running 15 minutes late because of a previous client and I was 15 minutes early.

I was contacted after the visit by Katherine and she asked me if I tipped my esthetician. Then proceeded to tell me that if I don’t top my esthetician won’t get paid. I found it highly unprofessional for someone to call and inquire about something so personal. I love the hand and stone that I got to but this incident left a terrible taste in my mouth. Classless!!!

I also had a 80 min hot stone massage that was not so great.

I always receive promotions by e-mail with discounts on services/upgrades but for some reason, those promotions are never available when I actually book appointments.

Had been to greenbrook location previously. Staff was more friendly and offered hot tea, water and infused waters right away. Also offered restroom. None was done at this location. My therapist was great 10/10.

Shalima is amazing, she makes every session great. The room was a little cold, but otherwise it was great.
