There was a problem transferring my eyebrow package over from the store I purchased it at. It was taking forever. Their computers were very slow and then they had to call the original store. Then I still had to wait. I finally asked to leave because I had to get back to work. The receptionist and the manager were extremely nice about it and apologetic, it just took a long time.

Had to wait between massage & facial. The client before me took an exceptionally long time to dress after the employee left the room.

The only issue I had was the temperature in the lobby. It was freezing because there was a problem with the heat in that part of the building. It's totally not their fault but it was uncomfortable for me so I'm sure the staff were uncomfortable. It was 15 degrees the day I came to my appointment. I'm mostly concerned about the staff and their well being.

The only thing I was not highly satisfied about was the fact that 3 of my 4 gift cards had expired and not able to be honored. After all, I did pay a lot for them. I was called regarding the fact that I usually purchase gift cards around this time and that the cards were still available at the discounted rate but no mention of cards that had just recently expired. Not to put blame on the spa, I should've asked about expiration. Great spa, great staff and I'll be going back and recommending them.

The receptionist was not attentive, when I came in she was on the phone and did not acknowledge me. She then helped other people, that had come in after me, for 10 minutes before checking me in. When checking out she seemed more interested in everything else than she did in assisting me.

I think the facility could have better sound proofing. I hear lots of outside noise when I'm in the room. It would be nice to choose the music as well. I prefer piano music or nature sounds rather than guitar. The waiting area was very cold. I was about 30 min early for my appt and I couldn't remove my jacket because it was just so cold inside.

Massage therapist talked too much. Not focus on knots in neck or back. Massaged legs and face which I did not need. Did not like music choice. Left with pain on neck and did not feel relaxed.

I think for me it's mostly the price as to why I'm not completely satisfy. I feel it's a bit expensive and kind of difficult to pay monthly. For once in a while it's great but not when it's a monthly charge.

I had this particular therapist before and was not satisfied with her service. I have since made sore not to book with her. Unfortunately I misunderstood the name when they said it in the phone and got her again. I was going to leave at that point but decided to give her another chance, that was a mistake. The facility, reception staff and other therapists are great.
