Although I don't think much can be done I would prefer if the rooms were more soundproof. In my 3 times there I have heard outside noise which sometimes ruins the ambience.

I was not 100% satisfied because I had asked the therapist to avoid an injured area and she did not listen. I also thought that the therapist was a bit noisy during the massage and at times it was hard to relax because of this.

I was initially disappointed because I completed the online form to schedule earlier in the week and never recieved a call, so I called to schedule. I was using a gift card and was asked to verify it when I called and when I arrived. The massage therapist was great but I could hear people talking outside the room (we previously got my mom a gift card and she said she didn't like it at all due to the outside noise!. Finally when checked out I was presented with the membership - i understand this is a part of what is done but I didn't appreciate being asked what was "holding me back" from signing up. This in fact made me less likely to enter into a membership.

I had done facial before in this place. however, the person doing it had no knowledge of that. I asked for Collagen facial she looked at my skin and said micro-derm should be done which was done the time before. It will be good to keep a note per person of services that have been done before. Treating every time you walk in as if you are there the first time does not make sense.

REceived an email that if I was the first twenty responders to book an appointment, I would get $10 off spa services of $85 or more. I booked it online, spending more than that. The receptionist said, when my appointment was confirmed, they knew nothing about any such email. Told me to print it and bring it with me. I did. The manager said that email meant I had to have the massage within 3 days of getting the email. That is NOT what it said. It said, be one of the first 20 people to book an appointment. She refused to honor the coupon.

It was my first facial which I "settled" on since there were no available appointments for massage and I was spontaneously ready to use my forgotten gift card! I excitedly added a peppermint scalp treatment but it fell short of even a regular shampoo at a hair salon! The gloves did not slide well on hair/scalp.
