I was satisfied. Its very costly. Not it my budget at this time. I was our 10 Wedding Anniversary treat.

My massage was wonderful, however, it was not as relaxing as I hoped due to my therapist constantly talking. Also, while my facial was wonderful it was not as long as I was told it would be. I feel that for the cost the facial should have been longer than 25 minutes.

The massage therapist that was working with me on this visit was always very professional and friendly, however her approach was different from the past experiences at hand and stone (same locations). It left me wondering if she was going to get to certain areas of my request, do all therapist receive similar training. Also my session started at 308 and ended at 350. If I had realized that going to the rest room prior would have counted towards my time, I would not have done so.

I love my experience for my facial, but I didn't fully enjoy the massage as much as I would expect. Though the massage therapist was lovely; I felt that service was not that satisfying. I added the hot stones and I wasn't as pleased with this feature. I felt it took away from the massage and not giving me what I was looking for, however the massage therapist was wonderful and kind ( do not take that away for her) the facial was more pleasing than the massage .

Value wasnt there--it felt like a very basic treatment worth $40 but not $60.

I received a foot treatment instead of a hand treatment after it was confirmed twice ... the cost was removed from my bill but I really wanted that treatment to complete my mini spa retreat

Overall it was a good massage. I would've prefer the climate to be a little warmer, I was rather cold. Also, my hair ended up too oily, and that made me really uncomfortable. It is the very first time that happens. Again, the therapist was good, and she applied the right amount of pressure. It was very relaxing for me and I didn't want it to end. Overall, I have had a little better experiences than this one, but I am looking forward to get my next massage soon!

I first called and left a message to make an appointment and no one ever called me back which is why I drove there. While my facial was great, today I had some problems which I have never experienced, such as instead of my eyes being lifted I actually had more drooping this morning, which was alarming. I also woke up with the same dry spots on my forehead which I was told would be gone. My lip wax, I notice in better light this morning, the middle of my lip was not done and had to go get it waxed. Very inconvenient when you are given a gift card and you can not apply to whatever service you want, or use all gift cards for the visit. Other spas are not like this, while I am not an active spa goer, I have never experienced these issues.
