It was the therapist. His name is Joe and he was excellent. He took the time to talk through things up front, but his technique and abilities are top notch. I felt that he "worked" during the session, really using his hands and fingers and not overly relying on his body weight to produce pressure. i will book him again.

Not having a professional facial in a long time, I wasn't sure what to expect and impressed with the equipment, the room and how my technician went through all the steps. After the facial ended I was able to purchase some products and ask questions about the membership.
