Helped my back

I had trouble scheduling my massage at the Strongsville location. I called Beachwood and they were able to get me scheduled right away. The staff was nice and my massage was amazing. My only suggestion was there were as many products to choose from.

So happy to get back to hand and stone after the COVID-19 shut down. Everyone at the Beachwood location is always so friendly and it was the first normal thing I did in a long time. Natalie as always gave me a superb massage and i look forward to regular monthly appointments.

I thought the room was very clean and everyone is very friendly. My massage was outstanding and so was the massage therapist. I felt very comfortable with the room and everyone there. Before the virus I thought Hand and Stone was outstanding from a service standpoint and it has always been very clean. I recommend it to everyone.

This was my 3rd session at hand and stone. We are in the middle of the 2020 Corona virus outbreak. The staff was friendly, attentive, and professional. Due to the virus they have implemented many new procedures that made me feel comfortable with the massage.

I really enjoyed my facial - my esthetician was amazing in every way. My massage therapist seemed like she didn’t want to be there and wore gloves that didn’t fit and therefore felt scratchy and were loud. No resolution was offered when I brought that to staffs attention
