I really enjoyed my facial - my esthetician was amazing in every way. My massage therapist seemed like she didn’t want to be there and wore gloves that didn’t fit and therefore felt scratchy and were loud. No resolution was offered when I brought that to staffs attention

Therapist asked pertinent questions prior to my massage so she could better understand my problem areas. She is knowlegable, uses the amount of pressure that helps allevate the stress and pain in my muscles.
