When I called to book appointments for myself and 2 friends at the same time, the staff was professional and patient and checked several options over several days. I asked about several variations and called back and at all times they were friendly and helpful

The facility is always clearn and inviting and the reception staff are attentive. The massage therapist, Brenton, is absolutely excellent.

I received excellent service, Sharde did a great job with my facial and answering my questions. The receptionists were friendly and helpful as well. The price of the facial has doubled since my last visit a couple years ago, which is high for the services included in the classic facial. Also, the computer system is slow. When I booked my appointment and paid reception had to apologize because the system was taking an unusually long time to process. Overall service was excellent.
