When I go to hand and Stone they make me feel like a friend. Not a customer I love going even if I can not get there as often as I wish. That is why I got a membership is because of them being so friendly and I have not received a bad massage.

My facial was super enjoyable and the esthetician was very knowledgeable and friendly. All other staff were extremely nice and welcoming. The products are amazing.

This appointment was for a facial. My appointment went very well. I got 2 up grades which made my face look and feel great. I have been a member for over a year and my skin has definitely improved and makes me feel and look younger that I am!! Thanks Hand and Stone Beachwood.

Jason Brazzell is the BEST Massage Therapist at this location. This was my 3rd Visit with him. And, he was at his best this Sunday!!! I felt amazing afterwards. Thanks
