Hand and Stone

My son purchased a gift card for me - seemed to be some misunderstanding over it since I am a member although he did not know that. I was told the card was for a service not a monetary amount to be used as I see fit. I don't feel that respect was given to how much was spent on the card and how much I used. I would think there would be a balance left. It just wasn't very clear to me. He paid 119.95 for it and I used 99.95. I would think there would be a $20 balance to be used.

It is easy to book an appointment when it fits into my schedule. The receptionists are also very friendly. My massage is the highlight of my week!
