Jackie is amazing and an asset to Hand and Stone. Do whatever it takes to keep her as en employee! I have never experienced any facial that was at the quality level that Jackie provides!

Receptionist was able to answer my membership/package questions pre-appointment. Even offered to move packages into my husband’s name so not to be charged when I take him with me to Florida location. She also figured out how to apply rewards to reduce final bill.

I continue to enjoy my massages at Hand & Stone. The excellent attention to details, friendly service, and knowledgeable massage therapist makes coming back each month a relaxing pleasure.

My therapist was kind and had great bedside manners. She asked me where I was tight and she was able to focus on those areas. I had a great experience.

Megan was the person who serviced me and was very professional and personable at the same time. She did a very great job especially with me telling her I had bad experiences in the past. Very happy with results and already scheduled next appointment. Everything was really great. Only thing I wish the calming music was just a tad bit louder.
