Hand and Stone

My massage therapist Wendy keeps me coming back to Hand & Stone. I look forward to my monthly self care treat.

The staff greeting me we're informative, attentive and welcoming. The reception area, massage room and bathroom were very clean. My terapist was excellent, knowledgeable, experianced and asked good to the point questions and delivered exactly as requested. I'll be booking Wendy again.

I informed someone that the app was not working. The app will not allow me to log in. I was asked did I check spam and I did. No other resolution discussed

I had a pressure headache for over 12 hours. My therapist recommended peppermint essential oil and salts. It made me feel so much.

When I arrived the receptionists were welcoming, and checked me in quickly. The wait for my massage was short and relaxing. The massage therapist was nice and made me feel very comfortable the whole time. The massage was tailored to my specific needs, and made me so relaxed.

The therapists were very friendly.They all were very knowledgeable.They k ew exactly what to do with problem areas and we’re very aware of my comfort level

The only issue I have is the time it takes therapists to come back in the room after you disrobe. It doesn't take that long to remove clothing and I don't want that to be taken off my 60 minutes.

She was quite knowledgeable. Very pleasant. Easy to be with.
