I like the fact that I can call and schedule and the receptionists can look at my history and see who I've had appointments with in the past. I like that the receptionist can assist with the level/intensity of the massage therapist to match my needs.

My overall experience was exceptional. The massage therapist listened to my needs and worked the areas I requested. The receptionist handled my transaction promotly and professionally even though we encountered an issue with my packages from my home location in Philadelphia.

Excellent service, however the front staff never knows anything about my membership. I was originally a member in a different state and for some reason they have a difficult time accessing my account. Other than that, its a great experience.
