Hand and Stone

Massage was great. Love my massage therapist! Also had a facial. The facial itself was fine, but would have been nice if she had explained what she was doing. She also did not put bolster under my knees, which made me more uncomfortable. She did a great face massage, but her shoulder massage suggested she had no clue what she was doing.

The massage therapist was wonderful. She worked out a problem that I was experiencing and I am truly grateful. I renewed my membership after that massage and I will continue at Hand & Stone through 2018. Thank you.

I had my first experience with a massage at a luxury hotel. Compared to that experience and the atmosphere there I enjoyed Hand & Stone very much (only my 2nd massage ever). I wasn't exactly sure what I was supposed to do to be prepared for the therapist though. (Do I pull back the table sheets and lay on them or the blanket?) I would've felt less awkward. Anyway, I was still highly satisfied with the service.

I loved the personality of the receptionist and how she recommended me to become a member again. Great salesmanship.

Dyesha is a very good message therapist. I love her. She is the reason why I took out a membership. For her to be so little she has power in her hands. I felt like I had went to the gym after my deep tissue massage with Dyesha. Lol!

The massage therapist was truly concerned with providing me relief. Throughout the massage she asked if the pressure was right and making sure that she was working those areas that felt tense or bulging (discs). She was concerned about my ability to relax my muscles and use them without strain. I am so grateful for her hard work and will make sure that all of my future visits are with her.

The staff is always very welcoming and helpful. My massage therapist worked her magic on the knots in my back! She put in extra effort to work on one particularly stubborn area.
