The only complaint I had was when my appointment was rescheduled and I was told I would receive free aromatherapy as an apology for having to switch my appointment day but then I never received the aromatherapy

The receptionist was very pleasant when entering. I was very pleased with the entire experience. To be frank, I have had approximately six different therapist over the last two years at Hand and Stone with only one awful massage. That experience was handled very professionally. .
