I'm always greeted in a friendly manner and my wait time is brief. Jacqui spends a lot of time with me prior to each service, reviewing what we did previously and asking me questions as we determine my continuing needs for improving my skin Once we begin, she explains each step of the procedure as she carries out the service. She is highly professional, knowledgeable and friendly throughout my visit. Each time, I come away confident that the service and the products are highly beneficial to me.

The manager worked with me to set up a better plan for my needs. I also explained that I do not like only getting 50 minutes for an hour massage and she said that the therapist can come in sooner if I change quicker (which I do). I also wanted to have a 1.5 hour massage but the packages can not be broken up into half an hour time slots. Eighty minutes was the option. I was given excellent customer service and the manager explained the hot stone treatment to me. I have been getting massages for 25 + years and this was my first experience with the stone and I did not feel like I was missing out by adding this. My therapist was excellent and really worked on my tender areas.

The massage therapist was very attentive to my needs and made sure I was comfortable throughout the massage.

Regina is the best therapist that I've ever had. She knows the best pressure points and is able to zone in on areas of greatest need. I'm very comfortable with her, she remembers me and is extremely professional.

Everything was very smooth with the exception of no one returning my call when I tried to make an appointment the first time.
