My massage therapist knows were the pressure points are & how to relieve muscles tightness. He's wonderful.

Jacqui is a blessing. She listened to my needs, and we added on a peppermint scalp massage to aid with my headache. Not only are the professionals fabulous, but I joke with the receptionists and have a good 'ole time! Let's face it, great service and personable staff are often rare anymore. Not here. What a wonderful find!

Greeted with a smile from the door. Offered accommodations while I waited several times receptionist to the masseuse. Very clean environment and polite staff. Felt like I was building a relationship with the owner and the staff.

The staff are kind, friendly, and convey interest in the customer. My massage therapist is excellent. Hand and Stone is easily accessible from my home. Appointments are easy to get.

I am a regular customer and always feel welcomed by the staff. I schedule with Steve because I like having the same person which makes for a more comfortable experience and he is very good.

It was great massage therapist worked hard to relieve problem areas. Was taken back to room late and received less than 50 minutes of massage, but massage was really great

I've had a lot of Massage's over the last few years, and a lot of therapists. But Regina at the hand and stone in Beachwood OH is the best therapist from which I've recieved a massage..

Regina listened to what I needed and accommodated very nicely. She has a gentle yet firm touch and knows what she is doing. I will recommend her each time I come back.
