The experience was amazing. Everything was well organized and made to allow me a great experience from the time I arrived until I left. I felt incredible after the treatments.

The therapist was late to appointment and was supposed to give a complimentary hot stone upgrade but never received the hot stone upgrade.

This was my first massage I've ever received. I don't know that I know enough to say I was Highly Satisfied. I was pleased with the experience as a first timer.

I’m too much of an emotional mess right now to be highly satisfied. Not anyone’s fault but my own. My technician was amazing and so kind and understand about my current situation and I love her so much! Overall I had an amazing experience, but due to personal reasons outside of my appointment I am unable to say I was highly satisfied. I loved my service and was able to not focus on my situation while there, but all the stress came right back afterward just due to life.

The facial massage was a bit aggressive at times. My face was sore afterwards, unfortunately. Otherwise, it was fine.

I was quite satisfied- as a first time customer I felt welcome- the questionnaire was a bit time consuming on the Ipad, I suspect it would be shorter next time. My therapist was friendly and respectful. The entire experience met my expectations. I especially liked the fact that I was able to get a short notice appointment.

Very satisfying and comforting atmosphere

I was highly satisfied with the service. Ambiance could be enhanced in the rooms with a little more attention to detail. Linens were not smooth but somewhat scratchy

I was very satisfied with the service given, from booking the appt to the actual massage. its a relaxing place to be, i was a bit early and rather than wait in my car i came in the lobby, every one was nice and thoughtful. The hardest thing is getting an appt seems that it takes weeks. I know you have a walk in policy, which i do not do, but still seems like it takes a while, maybe its just the times I need. That would be my only issue, everything else is great.
