Hand and Stone

I enjoyed my visit, but this time I was with someone different. There is nothing wrong with that, I am just used to the therapist whom I usually see.

I wish the location had a private lobby or a rest area. I also wish that products related to massage were sold in addition to facial products. It would be nice to have oils and different aromatherapy for home purchase. The neighboring businesses can also get kind of loud which is not ideal for a spa. The place could use a bit of sprucing as far as aesthetics.

Well it can always be better.

It was a fine visit, there’s always room for improvement. I did not add on another service to my facial as it just means more condensed service in the same amount of time.

I was very satisfied, just not highly satisfied. Didn't seem to spend enough time on my lower back as I still was in some pain when I left...I asked for focus on shoulders and lower back and the shoulders felt great. I was given 2 gift cards for a massage for my birthday...if I had to pay $120 for that, I don't think it would be quite worth it.

The service seemed a bit rushed.

Satisfied however the beds heater system was out.

I came to my appt early to address and resolve a matter with my membership. Staff suggested I wait until the following day at which time they would call me to assist. I did not receive a call the next day.

Nicole was amazing. I’ll return just for her!

Using both a blanket and sheet is overkill. A sheet alone is enough
