Very hot during massage, a sheet, heated table and a thick comforter were used. Do not need to the comforter, way too hot.

I think we may have had confusion..I told her to be soft with my feet because of neuropathy,but she never touched my feet at all or massages my legs

No reason, I just don’t like to put highly satisfied

The experience was over all good and relaxing. Glad I did not feel pressure to buy additional products. The checkout time was a little hectic as there seemed to be multiple people checking out and in at the same time.

I ordered the hot stones. For a 50 massage there wasn’t enough time.

My appointment was at 1pm. I was called on at an acceptable time around 1:10pm. My massage started after 1:20pm and ended before 2:04pm. When the masseuse left the room for me to get dressed, it was 2:04pm. I understand that the hour includes consulting and clean up. I did not receive a full one hour for everything.

I wasn’t wowed my by first visit. But I wasn’t completely unsatisfied. I signed up for a membership and will be checking on a new massage therapist. Wendy was very nice/pleasant but just want to see if someone is even better when it come to easing my back pain and losing up my tight shoulders.

I had an add on service and found out after that my points were not useable on any facial services

I have experienced many massages, and I felt that this person’s skills were not impressive. She used the same technique over and over for the whole time. I would say it was a mediocre massage, but I was in so much pain before the massage that it still helped me relieve the pain.

Nicole did an excellent job. She was professional, friendly, and exuded a calming presence. I mainly received this service for relaxation and stress reduction and I felt soooo good afterward. She has a gentle touch and a lot of knowledge. I will be returning to Nicole specifically.
