I scheduled a facial but it was scheduled as a massage! I just wish the feet were done last I don’t want my neck touched after my feet were! Other than that it was good

There was loud talking outside of the massage room possibly in the next room. I advised the massage therapist and she did go out and try to fix the issue but I still heard outside conversation through most of the massage.

I felt somewhat rushed. The face steamer smelled a little bit moldy.

Masseuse was great but talked a bit too much for my liking. Did a very good job though.

Did not know there was no change area. Not informed what to wear. My gift card did not ring up as a complete sale and I was charged before fee was finally waived. I asked about gratuity on the phone. I could have brought cash to give to each professional instead of waiting until the end because there's envelopes in each room.

Highly satisfied is the assumption that the services we not good. They were. Did it exceed my expectations, no it did not, however, I was satisfied and will return

I was highly satisfied. I just have an area that needs further treatment from my therapist and/or chiropractic care. Great experience overall, and I’ll be back.

I booked a 60-minute massage. The therapist came to get me at approximately 10 minutes after the hour. She waited to enter the room an additional 5 or so minutes while I laid on the table after getting undressed. I was out in the lobby 5 minutes before the next hour. The service itself was great. I just left feeling as if I did not get the time I paid for. By comparison, my wife, whose appointment was the same time with a different therapist, went in well before me and came out 5 minutes after me. This contributes to my belief that I did not get the full service.

The services are very expensive. If the prices were lower I’d come more often. I also wish you had a location in Lake County closer to where I live.

The ladies at the front desks were polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. The masseuse was customer friendly and very knowledgeable as well. The entire staff were smiling and enjoyed serving others. This made my 1st visit a great experience.
