It is pretty expensive, there is always a push to upcharge, I think some of the treatments for specific needs should be included.

Incorrect info on the number of services I had available it is difficult to schedule previous masseuses that I prefer as to their availability and backed up schedule

It was my first time receiving a massage such as this and I was really excited. The therapist was very kind, but the receptionist was rude and almost ruined the experience for me. I'm glad my therapist, Nathan, turned the experience around and relieved my stress areas. I will be back and possibly become a member!

The therapist had long nails on her hand which I felt sort of dug into my body.

my esthetician was new and it showed. she seemed to be going through the motions rather than tailoring my facial to my needs.

It was not explained that the add on to a massage take away from the time of the massage. Add on to me meant extra time/service

Every business has room for improvement and 10/10 is unrealistic but overall my experience was amazing, it was my first time at a spa and my first massage. Everyone was very friendly and had a great massage and facial. I will be booking an appointment in the future!
