The total price of $110 for a basic 50 minute massage is higher than I usually pay and most of the time there already is aromatherapy in the room. You charge extra for every little thing.

Prices are really expensive for a 50 minute massage. I think the prices should be lowered to compete with other businesses.

I will only get a massage with the gentleman who massaged me last time he is outstanding. Everyone else is fresh out of school and trash. But I can’t get in with this practitioner on a rEgulsr basis so I cancelled my membership.

My massage was really wonderful and exactly what I would have wanted! All of my concerns for my body were addressed and I felt very comfortable throughout my visit. However, if you could help me understand the 1 hour massage that would be helpful. It says online one hour and does not mention anything other than that (based on what I saw.) Then coming into the store it does say 50 minutes so ok but still surprised. I noticed that after getting undressed and going to the bathroom, while waiting, my massage did not start until 1:05 (per the clock in the room) then stopped at 1:50 (per the clock) which is only 45 minutes. If you could help me understand I would appreciate it.

It has been very difficult to get appointments. Although I had received an email saying that I qualified for a free hot stone massage, the staff were not aware of it and couldn't find it in my account. Not happy about the increase in prices of everything. It means fewer massages so most likely if others are like me, the business won't see much increase in income.

My session started on time, but ended at 10 min to the hour i feel that it should be a full 55 min

I was taken back to the room on time. However, my session ended 10min to the top of the hour. I feel as though I was shorten some time. Also, the therapist did not perform a face or scalp massage. If this is something new due to COVID, it would be beneficial to relay that to your clients ahead of time. This way they can be better informed and not left feeling like the massage was incomplete.
