Meghan made a lot of noise during my facial. That really is my only complaint. Other thank that, as always, the service, the treatments, the ambiance are fantastic!

Everything was good except for the person who booked my appointment. She was unaware and gave me misinformation about my available packages.

Only thing was that I was not able to book at 1.5 hr appointment. I originally booked that but the therapist became unavailable and I was only able to get a 1hr appointment

My therapist was not on time and while I understand disinfecting rooms 15 is a lot to be running behind. She rushed me through my explanation of issues. I very much dislike starting on my back yet that's where I spent a majority of time even after I mentioned this. I had a migraine starting when I arrived I've had past therapist's there help this issue I felt the same when I left. She asked once about pressure and I just said fine because it was almost over any way.

More hand than stone massage. The head rest didn’t smell clean. Therapist was very nice could have focused more on back

I was satisfied. The difference between highly and satisfied is insignificant. thanks for the very nice services and relaxation.

Therapist forgot to put a sheet on my bed. Walls are thin and conversations could be heard at times. I could’ve used more pressure, but that was my own fault for not speaking up.
