In order to schedule an appointment is challenging - not enough therapists and usually takes a month out to get in.

I was satisfied with my experience. I go every month, just not highly satisfied with my last visit but overall it was a good visit.

Love my esthetician Nicole. She is always available to book with and does an amazing job on my skin. The masseuses however are almost impossible to book with and never have openings. They cancel before appointments and the good masseuses are always booked for months.

It is difficult to get an appointment at Woodmere location even a month in advance. Made an appointment at another location. It's difficult to get an appointment with a consistent massage therapist because of this.

It is extremely challenging to book an appointment with this location & it the closest to where I now reside. At the end of my appointment I was asked by the receptionist if I would like to go ahead and book my next service, I agreed to do so asking for a date a month out to be told that there was no availability that entire weekend & that I would be put on a cancellation list to be notified if some opened up. Having been a H&S client for so long this is deeply frustrating. I can never book easily at this location.

I thought the receptionist should have been able to override the rate and make my price what was stated online. Or at least offer me a credit - she came close to the online price, but told me it was all she could do. She also reprimanded the lady who booked me incorrectly in front of me instead of waiting for me to leave. It was uncomfortable I ended up just signing up for a membership to avoid further pricing issues, but she could have done more to resolve the pricing issue.
