Highly satisfied I would give if the massage was “ over the top” great. She did a very nice job, just very ordinary.

I wish there were more morning appointments. I know when a therapist is behind they tend to rush and I will notice during my massage. I would like more/ better reward programs. I have invited several people as well as brought several people massages. Overall I’m satisfied… I enjoy Jadon and Jeanine’s massages

The extraction hurt more than usually, maybe another type of equipment would be beneficial.

Perhaps needed more time at least full sixty minutes. Perhaps even 90 minutes to cover full body. 50 minutes is not long enough to address full body.

My massage therapist was very nice, but applied too much pressure and it was painful. When asked to ease up she did for a bit and then it just continued.

If I pay for the service. Please let me have the option myself for tipping. I don’t like the pressure every time I come.

Everything was great except the therapist's massage method or practice. The appointment was scheduled for 6 pm I laid on the table at 6:05 pm and we started sometime after 6:10 pm. I only know the time because of the clock directly in my face. The therapist started and the pressure was really ice but she stopped more than once for water and to get more oil. The therapist should always keep 1 hand on the client until the massage is complete to keep them relaxed. The oil should be on the therapist at all times as to not disrupt the service. Also, if the therapist has earphones, whatever they're listening to changes their energy and therefore disrupts the service. The massage was also not as thorough as expected. After massaging my arms she left them hanging and did not gently put them back. She massaged: back, arms, lower legs, and feet. A full body massage consists of more than that. No offer of water or best practices were offered after the service. Massage ended at 6:56 pm. Overall, The therapist was polite and courteous. I couldn't enjoy my massage or relax.

The people were nice, but not overly friendly. Service was good, but not awesome. Took too long to get an appointment.

I have not had very many facials it was perfectly fine I dint say it wasn’t good

punctually with greeting and registering appointment from staff the moment I stepped into the spa, customer service pleasant throughout the whole experience . The representative explained very well how I was able to use gift card to add an additional service to my existing massage.
