Expected more out of the facial. Could have done most of it at home on my own. Didn’t really improve the area of interest.

I prefer to be scheduled with a female therapist

I told the therapist that I wanted a relaxing massage but she was way too rough with her pressure. It wasn’t relaxing at all and at times painful. She also didn’t ask me at any point if I was ok with the pressure and I felt tense throughout the massage. She was not my usual therapist and only went to her because it’s extremely difficult to get an appt with my therapist Ashley.

Hot stones not worth the extra as they were only warm rather than hot. A lot of time was spent fumbling around for stone, oil, etc and was very distracting to being able to relax. There was no pressure applied. I selected medium pressure on the sign in. And something was making an incessant buzzing noise that made it impossible to relax. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, just not highly satisfying. I plan to give it another try and not do the hot stones.

It’s satisfying but it’s not out of the ordinary places

Therapist did a great job, but my particular area of pain will likely need more work than massage. With that said, Natalie has been one of the best therapists I've seen so far in my membership.

I purchased a product and when I went to open it, I noticed the product had expired a year and a half ago.

My therapist had a horrible cough and kept stopping to cough

It was just an introductory massage so I feel like if mor time was allotted it would have Left me highly satisfied,
