I probably would have added more to the service, but after we discussed one upgrade we dropped the rest. I am definitely someone who will upgrade based on the suggestions of a professional. I also would’ve liked to purchase more products, but the variety was overwhelming when not pointed in the right direction.

During my massage there were employees walking in the hallway that I could hear talking really loudly. You could also hear every little thing outside the room. It would help if there was some barrier.

The online forms were long and clunky. Had to use a laptop because I wasn’t able to use iPhone. It was loud next to the juice bar. Maybe you could turn the music up more.

It was a very professional and relaxing environment. I like that I was asked what areas I carried my stress the most. It was a nice atmosphere.
