Overall I am highly satisfied. Everyone is very friendly. It has become like an oasis in the desert, something that I need right now to function everyday.

I was there with my mom, we both had appointments for the same time...hers started on time at 1:30 pm, however, I did not even get called back to the room until 1:55 pm. The receptionist did inform me that my esthetician was running late, but 30 minutes late? When we had 50 minute facials? My mother's was almost done by the time I even started. I didn't mind waiting and starting late, it was more-or-less because I was there with someone else and we didn't start roughly at the same time. Other than that, it was an incredibly pleasant experience! My esthetician was very knowledgeable and explained ways for me to improve my skin. I will definitely come back!

I think the actual massage was too short. I undressed in 30 sec, but lost 3 min till she came in.i really need a full hour.

Too expensive. Had a gift card. Could not use gift card on intro. Price.

The upgrades you bring us in at one price and immediately move you to an upgrade. And do you really change the products you use?

To corporate. Much better then Massage Envy. I am concerned the more growth that you have, the less personal rhe experience will be.

There was very Loud music playing next door. Was not very therapeutic for a relaxing massage.

My eye brows were not waxed evenly and the facial left dark marks on my face where the black heads were removed.

I believe there is always room for improvement, even in this case. I went in for a facial, and they tried to upsell me.
