Hand and Stone

I don’t get highly satisfied over anything.

The mask burned my face. I still have pimples and my blackheads were not all removed.

I really like the therapist that I have utilized twice. Very thorough and knowledgeable.

I thought Rylee did a great job on the facial and my skin felt great afterwards. But, she didn't communicate with me very much. Which may have been to help me relax by being quiet, but when the bright light was being turned on right over my face it came as a shock and would've been nice to be warned. Or just to let me know what she was putting on my face would have been nice too. Also, when she suggested an upgrade I had to ask her what that included instead of her just telling me when she brought it up. Other than that it was really nice and was very relaxing! Alexis did a great job on my massage right after too!

I really liked everything. This is my 1st time with Alexis, I did book another appointment with her.

The time of 80 min massage seemed to start at the time I start undressing rather than the time that the actual massage started. So this takes off about 5-10 minutes from the total massage time even though I thought I was paying for a full 80 min of massage

High pressure sales and signing me up for subscription without full consent. Everything else was excellent

My first time with this massage therapist. Not sure why but she totally skipped over my hamstrings on both sides. She spent extra long on my shoulder and neck. I added on a foot extra but she forgot to do that. Manager said she would cover this next time. When you only get 80 minutes and literally takes me 3 minutes to remove clothing seems like the extra money is not worth it.

The reception area was very busy and I could tell the stress level of the one receptionist by how unwelcoming she was. When checking out, the other receptionist was so busy she kept stopping my checkout process which wasted my time. The massage I had was great and Alexis made the experience very relaxing.

I overall get my relaxation when I visit Hand and Stone. There are times I have to wait past my time for my service to start.
