I was satisfied with everything however I was dissatisfied with the way something was addressed. Apparently while talking with masseuse about my areas of need I was too loud. A note was slipped under the door telling us to be quiet. I thought it was extremely rude and made me uncomfortable. In the future I am debating choosing another location. I believe my massage therapist handled the situation appropriately however it was evident the last 45 of my massage was not comfortable and I was tense not relaxed. I genuinely felt bad for my therapist.

The temperature could have been a little bit higher. It was at 67, which is good, but I am cold all the time so it's not your fault. The lotion was probably at room temperature but felt too cool for me.

I had a great experience at this Hand & Stone location. I was satisfied with the service I received. I would not say highly satisfied, because the service was what I expected it to be and as it should have been. Nothing above and beyond.

I got the Himalayan salt massage and twice my stones were too hot. She didn't seem like she was very experienced with it.

The massage didn’t relax me as much as I hoped. At times the pressure used by the massage therapist was intense, close to painful especially in areas that I requested focus. I replied yes when asked if it was too much pressure but the therapist did not make an adjustment.

overall, ok experience. Receptionist could have been warmer. She didn’t know what promotional gift card I had and asked me for another. Luckily a senior member of the team corrected her. All is well that ends well.

Spent too much time trying to sell me products. I couldn’t relax for the sales pitch and upsell. And then my skin was on fire and she still tried to sell me the product.

I had a gift card and the price of the massage was covered by that but I think I had some left over but she did not tell me that I did. Just a little confused on why nothing from 100 gift c ard was left and why I could not use it as a tip. Also I understand the policy of using a credit card to hold the massage reservation but I do not like it. Feel like I could be charged even when not supposed to be.

Advertised a special price but did not honor it .when booking my appointment I asked the person scheduling the appointment if the coupon would Be honored and was told yes. It was not the case.
