I enjoyed the massage. I was not keen on the massage person drinking his red bull during my time. It was sitting out from the previous customer as well. Open food/drink during Covid? I think not. Also, whatever is going on next door, their music thumps through. You can hear it and, the vibrations make the massage table vibrate. Not cool :)

This was my 1st time using this massage therapist. She did an excellent job job overall however I was not completely satisfied with my massage once she reached my back. It felt more like a back rub, not too many techniques/strategies were implemented plus not enough time was dedicated to the back. She did increase the pressure when asked but I was expecting more techniques to be applied to my back, pressure points, etc.

It could have had applied more pressure to relieve the pain in those areas asked to pay attention to. Other than that, I think a little more time goes along way.

The online booking platform could use a lot of improvement. I should be able to book appoints on an app very easily.

The service was good. I had a few questions which were answered generically not necessarily specific for me, so I needed to clarify. I will come back again .
