Hand and Stone

The music in the room was cutting and in and out. It was hard to relax during the massage

I was satisfied with everything. I wish I had given The option of having a hot stone added onto my massage, I was offered that last time I was there, but not this most recent time.

Loved that I was brought in 5 minutes early and that I wasn’t pressured too harshly to become a member.

I should have asked for increased pressure. I also should have asked prior to the massage what could be done for minor arthritic pain. I was highly relaxed and loved the aromatherapy.

It was nice but not the full spa treatment that I have done in the past. They were running a little behind in time too but she did try to get me in as soon as she could.

My friend and I got a facial and it was great and all, however when we were done and compared facials, she was given more detail and had a booklet with her name written on about the different products. Just more personalized. Wish I had that.

Had to wait almost 45 min in waiting room to begin my fascial.

The special prices from the advertising of the email were not clear.

I though the massage add-ons (aromatherapy and salt stones) were over-priced and hardly used. All else was good.
