Therapy different than what I'm used to. No massage oil applied first 10 minutes or so. Therapists I regularly receive massages from not available that day. (I usually go on a weekday, but had to change to Saturday.)

It was a pleasant experience overall. I enjoyed my massage. I waited past my appointment time to receive my massage. It may have been due to the person before me

Everything was pretty good, except that not enough time was spent working on the muscles in my neck, shoulders, and back.

The difference in rates for members and non members does not seem fair. As the rates are on the higher side all will not be able to use the services every month,though it may be recommended.

Asked for deep tissue and did not get a deep tissue massage. I am very disappointed that every time I find a therapist that I like, they always leave.

I usually call last minute and I can almost always get an appointment the same day or next.

My only complaint was the hard sell to purchase a package as I was leaving. I felt amazing and then had to listen to the reasons I should buy a package. That is the only reason I wouldn't come back. Don't want to mess with that after each massage.
