My therapist was lovely but clearly a novice. I like. Deep tissue mag gaze but don’t love the use of arms instead of hand massaging the areas. Non door I like pushing on pressure points. With that said she did a lovely job but your best therapist for deep tissue massages is Dyisha,

the therapist changes so often, and I am not sure if the new ones have adequate training, this place is loosing its charm and probably will cancel my membership soon.

The only problem I have and have had in the past is that the therapists smoke and I can still smell the smoke on them while they are performing the massage. I understand people smoke but some need to do a better job at washing and covering it up before performing a massage.

Things were fine. Just still sore and I should have let my massage therapist know that I don't care if I don't get a full body massage as my neck and back are the most painful.

This was a rescheduled appointment after 2 cancellations. While this appointment went fine it was quite annoying and there was no reference in my file for the complementary adder that was provided. I had to explain it to the receptionist. Little things like this really matter.

I felt like he did not spend enough time on the problem area. I also think that the massages should be 1 hour. 50 minutes is just not enough time to really focus on the problem areas.

It's just very generic. Would prefer to have nice eye cover, essential oil diffusing in room, etc.

The pressure/touch of my facial was very very light. Esthetician did not ask how I felt regarding the pressure/touch. Didn’t care for what felt like a strip to cover my eyes. I prefer large circular cotton ball covers. The strip made me feel as if some of my face was not being addressed. I prefer a cloth Velcro head wrap to protect my hair from products verse the cotton wash clothe.During the facial massage, I could feel/hear the basic wash cloth rubbing against my ears. Took away from the relaxation portion of the facial. I also felt that some of my face was not addressed by having the wash cloth verse clothe Velcro head wrap.

I've had facials at other facilities before. Things that were included in those facials were an upcharge at Hand and Stone. It got really expensive really quick.

The pricing was confusing. I was offered to add a foot massage and scrub during facial for $15 which I did but was charged $29 at checkout. I was given a gift for a signature facial valued at $109 but rad charged 122 which doesn’t add up tax wise even. Felt over charged, and salesy. Wasn’t a very relaxing experience, and too expensive. The best thing about the experience, was the staff was very warm, friendly and welcoming! I go to another local spa that is at least $35 less expensive and a more quality facial.
