Everything about my experience was great up until the front desk try's to sell you on a membership at the end. They do it every time and I don't like being asked "what's holding me back on buying a membership". It's really no-one else's business what's holding me back and honestly I'd buy one if I wanted to buy one. It's fine to ask if but they're too pushy. Otherwise the massage and facial were great.

My Therapist was very friendly and thorough. I felt that my actual 50 minute massage was a little rushed because I added 2 additional features to my massage that I thought would be extra time allotted for them. My massage was at 10:00 !and I was dressed and on my way out of the room at 10:57. I guess the actual massage had to be cut back some to allow for the other 2 features that I picked. Overall it was a goid massage.

I really like the spa but I feel that the massage doesn't relieve my stress and knots as much as I hoped. I thought it could be any pressure but most of the massages I've fallen asleep. Even though they are theraputic for relaxation, my main goal is to relieve some of the tightness of my neck and shoulders.

In signing up for this service, I was assured that I would be able to book appointments online. I have been a member for 3 months now, and I have never been able to link my online account with my membership, and I've never been able to book an appointment online. I've complained about this 3-4 times with the local office (by phone and in person), and I contacted the website admin about the problem and never heard back. I am extremely disappointed that this issue has never been resolved and am considering cancelling my membership given the company's non-existent response to my concern.

My esthetician was about 5 minutes late and did not apologize or make any reference to her tardiness. The water was given was from a pitcher atop the water machine and it was not cold. Also, I had to ask for the water—it was not offered to me like it was offered to the three other ladies with me in the reception area.

My wait in the reception area was a bit longer than expected, but the receptionist was very kind and kept me updated on the availability of my masseuse.

The therapist was not overly friendly and seemed to not want to be at work.

Feel like there has to be exceptional service above and beyond the expectations. The front desk staff was friendly and the masseuse was efficient and effective at alleviating my sore/tight muscles.

Usually takes a bit for the therapist or esthetician to come out from the back when I arrive. Facial appointments seem to get booked quickly so I’m not able to book my preferred times. Cost for facial seems pretty high compared to other salons.
