Therapist came out and asked if I was ready, took me back. Started asking about problem areas etc (this was my first time), had me start undressing, then he opened the door while I was undressing to alert me that I was the wrong client, he thought I was Jill. Awkward, but I redressed and exited back to the waiting room. That therapist was less than professional, though not outright rude, in dealing with the problem, but the waiting room staff and therapist I was supposed to be with were very good in apologizing and making it right.

Everything was good, but have had better experiences for same or less price. Massage ran 8 minutes short. Pressured to buy membership.

I do no feel that the esthetician addressed my specific skin needs in the facial. Product was left on my skin after the facial.

The therapist kept stopping to put dollar store hand sanitizer on. It was just about gone so she was tapping the bottom and she left the empty bottle with the pump out on the sink when we were done. That's how I figured out what she was doing.

My appointment was at 3 pm. I arrived at 2: 50. It was 3: 18 before my therapist came out to call on me. We went into the room reserved for my appt. She was very kind and professional. Then, she (and I) noticed that the sheets were spotted with what looked like dirt. The therapist changed them immediately. I meant no harm/criticism for using satisfied or highly satisfied...just my choice at the time I filled out the form. Also my last visit was okay but less than I expected. This one was excellent.

When I think of highly satisfied, I think about the experience going above and beyond my expectations. Hand & Stone consistently meets my expectations. Which is just fine.
