Hand and Stone

The massage was great. The facial was was so-so. She had an extremely light touch & felt like she was going very fast, like she was hurrying. She was a little pushy about the products she wanted me to buy, which I wasn’t interested in.

It’s not that I wasn’t satisfied. The girl who did my facial was very nice & did a great job, so relaxing. I just don’t Like to feel pressured into buying products or packages.

My only disappointment was that my massage therapist did not offer hot stone massage. I wanted to add the hot stone upgrade but she was not one of the therapists that did them. Other than that it was a really wonderful massage.

This was a rescheduled appointment due to being scheduled incorrectly for my initial visit. Mistake posed no major problem from me aside from being a little disappointed that I couldnt get service on day I came in.

I get more value at other spas for this price. I have knowledge of and thus more trust in products at other spas. Other spas do things to make me more relaxed.

The massage was different than ones I have had in the past. I requested more focus on my back/neck, and I felt like too much time was on my arms/other areas. We did not get started until 5:15 and she ended right a 6.

Booked my appointment online with a specific therapist who I've had before and loved. Got a confirmation with her name and everything. When I showed up for my appointment, I was told I was scheduled with someone else. Another client was scheduled with her and they were not able to switch me back to the therapist I had scheduled.

I felt like there could have been more lotion used for the massage. Also some movements felt much too repetitive with no reason. The part on my neck was perfect back was not as good. Wish there was more work on my shoulders as well.

Was overall satisfied. My previous therapist left for another job and was the best I’ve found. She has been difficult to replace. New therapist has a busy schedule that is difficult to find availability when I am free.
