Music wasn't working properly in the treatment rooms. Provided sandals (to move from one room to another) were 2 different sizes.

I enjoyed my massage, but my pressure was not firm like I was expecting. The massage therapist talked the whole hour appointment, wish the attention was focused more on my back

I tried to book my appointment using the app and online but neither was functioning properly and I received multiple error messages that made the experience very frustrating.

There is never a perfect massage. But the team was wonderful and I appreciate my therapist greatly. I find that the front of office staff often seems stressed due to the high level of customer need upon checkin-checkout. But they handle it fairly well.

All good except one must leave after treatment. Being relaxed and jumping off the table is not great. You need a place to continue to relax

Therapist was very talkative and shared a little too much. A massage is my time to relax and zone out.

the location is missing the little things that indicate you are paying attention -0 there should be a towel on the floor before getting on bed so that don't have to stand on carpet where everyone else has in bare feet. Linens and towels also seem threadbare.

Didnt seem to have any skin scrub, or feeling like it was a deep cleaning. Not the techs. Fault. Just not the best facial. Too much lotion.
