I really enjoy the easyness and convenience of scheduling appointment. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is very relaxing. Chealsy is just pure joy to be with and give excellent massages. What a treat!

I tried the hymilaian salt stones. They weren't as hot and didn't seem to do as much. I haven't found my exact therapist yet. Therapist was very personable and nice, but not enough pressure and did not get kinks worked out of shoulders and neck. I think I will stick to the regular hot stones and prefer someone with more pressure. I felt like I needed another massage the next day.

I asked for just a clean up of the brows and she ended up charging me for a full eye brow wax. I was also surprised that she din't use or offer any soothing creams.

Massage tables could be better , and the massage rooms are small .

Hello. There is inconsistency in the facials. During my most recent facial with Lakeisha, she was extremely pleasant and kind, but there were many periods during the facial in which there was no contact with me. For example, while the mask was on, instead of giving me an arm massage (which I have received in the past at H&S), she washed all the dishes/products etc in the sink behind me. Not only was that not relaxing (to listen to everything being washed), I felt like I didn’t get a full service. It would be nice if there was consistency amongst the technicians giving facials. PS- Lakeisha was very pleasant and kind. To her defense, I did not say anything to her, therefore she did not even know this was something upsetting me. Thanks!

Prefer the regular therapist over substitutes.

Appt originally made w Steve. Got a call back that he wasn’t going to be available to fit my schedule. My 2nd favorite massotherapist is no longer w you. Disappointed however satisfied with services rendered.

Everything was very good. This was my first visit with Miranda. She did a very good job overall. A little different than Regina who I had been seeing for all previous visits.
